Most of the seekers, despite years of sadhana and meditation, still struggle with their thoughts, emotions and urges. During one of our satsangh (seeker gathering), the sangha contemplated on how to make incremental progress in our spiritual journeys and measure it. Sri Anish shared the right process of nurturing ones awareness from gross (body) to subtle (emotions).
